Somethin' Urby Design Team can assist you to create a unique and special art piece according to your needs. Ready to create your first wall art? These are all you need to do: 1. Once you have decided on where to place the decals, we would need you to take a frontal photo of the surface that you intend to place the decals. Note down the measurement of the surface as well. 2. If you already have an idea of the kind of design that you want, tell us your requirements in plain English. If you are looking for us to suggest a design, let us know of the important aspects or concept that you are looking for in the design and any other related information to help us better understand you. 3. Email to us at sales@somethinurby.com the information collected in step (1) and (2) above. Title your email as CUSTOM DESIGN REQUEST. Kindly ensure that all attachments (ie. Photo / concept / drawings) in your email does not exceed 2mb to avoid it being rejected by our server. Let us know the date that you require the work to be completed. Remember to leave your name, address and contact number for us to get back to you. 4. Please allow up to 2 working days for us to confirm the requirements of your order. Once confirmed, our design team will email you our quotation together with the payment details. 5. Before the design goes into production, we will email you a copy of the design in a pdf file. We will also perform a mock up of the design on your surface so that you will have an idea of what it looks like. If you need any minor touch up, do let us know. 6. Once you have confirmed the design, we will put it into production and send the final product to you directly. Should you need our assistance to install it, please let us know in advance
