Somethin’ Urby^TM Policies

By placing an order with Somethin’ Urby Wall Expressions Art (hereinafter referred to as “SOMETHIN URBY”) you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which SOMETHING URBY may or may not accept at their sole discretion. If an order is accepted, SOMETHIN’ URBY will send you an e-mail to confirm.  

You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.

If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there is not enough money in your account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, SOMETHIN URBY will have right to rescind and upon their election to do so, the order will be cancelled.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform SOMETHIN URBY as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Returns

At SOMETHIN URBY, all goods that leave our Studio are checked and rechecked to ensure that the quality is up to your high expectation.  In addition, SOMETHIN’ URBY will offer an exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory. SOMETHIN URBY does not offer refunds or accept returns on any product or custom project. Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the date of receipt. Goods must be returned in perfect, unused condition in original shipping box (resellable condition). Please ship back to SOMETHIN URBY via insured and certified reputable courier service provider to:-

Goods must be returned with proof of purchase. SOMETHIN URBY cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way. Sorry, we do not offer shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise. Please note all custom orders are final and may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Sales & service tax

No sales or service tax will be imposed on our local and international sales.

Delivery

Your goods will be despatched within our 10 working days delivery policy by reputable courier service. We will send you an email specifying your delivery reference/ tracking number as soon as the order is processed for delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available at the delivery address specified during the ordering process the next working day in order to sign for the delivery. If you are not available the courier personnel will leave a card for you to organise a further delivery attempt. If your order is returned to us by our courier then there will be an additional RM10.00 administration and resending fee. If you decide that you wish to change the delivery address AFTER we have processed your order you will be obliged to pay a redirection administration fee of RM10.00 plus any additional charges levied by the courier service.

The INTERNATIONAL shipping fees you paid for the courier/postal service through SOMETHIN URBY does NOT include (if any) custom fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties of your country. If you do not pay the custom duties when the goods arrive, the shipment will be returned to SOMETHIN URBY and we will be instead asked to pay for the outstanding custom duties plus the return shipping costs. Due to this, we do not offer refunds for the shipping fees, return charges and the cost of your order if you refuse to pay for the custom duties.

Privacy

SOMETHIN URBY takes the privacy of our customers seriously and is committed to the following policy: -

In using the SOMETHIN URBY website you will be asked at various stages to provide us with information about yourself, and your financial details needed to process payment for the goods you order. This will predominantly take place in the 'check out' procedure. The only information collated will be that to allow SOMETHIN URBY to process your order. You will also be asked for information about yourself when you are registering. This information will be collated in an online form.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website.
